Peg Path privacy policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
In short: Peg Path has no accounts and keeps your progress on your device. We (Bermind) don't collect any personal data. The game shows ads from Google AdMob: optional reward videos you choose to watch, and an occasional ad after a cleared level. Google may collect device data to show and measure those ads.
Who we are
Peg Path is made by Bermind, an independent game developer based in the United Kingdom (bermind.dev). For anything about this policy, email support@bermind.dev.
What the game stores
Your game progress (levels cleared, stars, keys, your daily streak, settings and similar) is saved only in the app's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it. The game has no accounts of its own and no analytics of its own.
Ads
Peg Path shows two kinds of ads, both provided by Google AdMob:
- Reward videos, only when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward (a key, or undoing a missed GO);
- Ads between levels, now and then after a level is cleared, never during play.
To show ads, limit how often they appear, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's software in the app may collect:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device information (such as model, operating system and language);
- how you interact with ads.
Google processes this data under its own policies: how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy. We don't receive this data in a form that identifies you.
Your choices
- Consent (UK, EEA and Switzerland): the first time you open the game you'll be asked whether Google may use your data for personalized ads. You can change your answer at any time with Privacy options in the game's Settings.
- US states: where state law gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data for ads, the game offers that choice, also through Privacy options.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Children
Peg Path is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, contact us and we'll help.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal data and to object to its use. Because we don't hold personal data about you, requests about ad data are best made to Google, but we're happy to help: email support@bermind.dev. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
