Peg Pop privacy policy

In short: Peg Pop has no accounts and keeps your progress on your device. We (Bermind) don't collect any personal data. The game can show optional reward videos from Google AdMob, and Google may collect device data to show and measure those ads.
Who we are
Peg Pop is made by Bermind, an independent game developer based in the United Kingdom (bermind.dev). For anything about this policy, email support@bermind.dev.
What the game stores
Your game progress (scores, unlocked items, settings and similar) is saved only in the app's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics of its own.
Ads
Peg Pop shows rewarded videos only: an ad plays only when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, limit how often they appear, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's software in the app may collect:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device information (such as model, operating system and language);
- how you interact with ads.
Google processes this data under its own policies: how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy. We don't receive this data in a form that identifies you.
Your choices
- Consent (UK and EEA): the first time you open the game you'll be asked whether Google may use your data for personalised ads. You can change your answer at any time with the Privacy button on the title screen.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- No ads at all: simply don't tap the reward-video buttons. No ad is shown unless you ask for one.
Children
Peg Pop is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, contact us and we'll help.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal data and to object to its use. Because we don't hold personal data about you, requests about ad data are best made to Google, but we're happy to help: email support@bermind.dev. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
